Prior Experience
The owner of InteliPath has planned supervised and performed audits of complex financial systems for US Federal Government agencies and is intimately familiar with Government Auditing Standards “Yellow Book”, the CFO Act, and the Financial Audit Manual (FAM). Specific to financial systems, procedures were based on applicable OMB Circulars (including OMB A-123, Management Accountability and Control, and A-127, Financial Management Systems), and the applicable guidance developed by the various regulatory bodies.
